PropOp connects listing agents, who have earned their sellers' trust on what is often the biggest transaction of a client's life, with content-creating agents who film those listings for social media. These Content Rules exist so every agent can collaborate with confidence. They apply to everyone on PropOp and are part of our Terms of Service.
Every PropOp account belongs to a currently licensed real estate agent affiliated with an active brokerage. We manually review and approve each registration, and we look at the social profiles you provide before approving. Accounts that regularly feature explicit language, sexually suggestive material, or content that would be uncomfortable to show a seller or their family may not be approved. The simple test: if your content is something you'd be proud to put in front of a client, you belong here.
Before access instructions for a listing are released to you, you agree to each of the following for every listing you film through PropOp:
Scheduling links, access instructions, and contact information shared through PropOp are for the specific content visit they were issued for. Don't reuse them for other purposes, don't bring buyers or other clients to a property without separate, lawful authorization from the listing agent and owner, and don't share them outside PropOp.
If someone reaches out because of content you created through PropOp and you intend to represent them, you must have a signed written buyer representation agreement in place before performing any buyer-representation services, consistent with current NAR requirements and applicable state law. PropOp is not a referral source and does not take any referral fee or commission.
If you believe an agent has broken these rules, for example, a creator who toured a listing but never posted, posted without crediting the agent, or misrepresented a property, let us know. Listing agents can report a no-show directly from their cancellation email, and anyone can email us at hello@heypropop.com. We review every report in good faith.
PropOp may pause an account while we look into a concern, and may warn, suspend, or remove any agent who violates these rules or our Terms of Service. We may also approve, deny, or revoke any registration at our discretion. Our goal isn't to be restrictive, it's to make sure every listing agent feels confident sharing their clients' homes with the creators in our network.
